Dining Ambassador

 

Role Description

As a Dining Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. You will greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude, taking and delivering food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.

 

You will also be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by providing personalized recommendations and handling any special requests or concerns. This includes ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable dining experience and maintaining high standards of service quality.

 

  • Deliver outstanding service by greeting and assisting guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Create memorable dining experiences by providing personalized recommendations and handling any special requests or concerns
  • Maintain high standards of service quality by keeping work areas clean and organized

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but we are happy to train enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
