Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities related to property maintenance and asset management
  • Provide support to clients in resolving queries and concerns related to their properties

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Building, Real Estate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in property services or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
