Healthcare Assistant Role

The role of a Healthcare Assistant is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant part in providing high-quality patient care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Patient Registration: Accurately register patients and collect necessary information to maintain efficient operations.
  • Front Desk Administration: Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, inquiries, and general administrative support.
  • Dispensing Medication: Dispense medication according to prescriptions and clinic policies to ensure patient care.
  • Stock Management: Oversee inventory of medication and clinic supplies, maintaining stock levels and adhering to ordering procedures.
  • Cashier Duties: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum N/O level qualification or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Able to commit at least 3 months.
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.

This role requires an individual who can work effectively as part of a team, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
