Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage corporate actions across global markets, ensuring accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

  • Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions events, and ensure entitlements are posted accurately and on time.
  • Review and reconcile SWIFT messages and entitlements.
  • Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks and ensure all events meet market deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external custodians, brokers, and agents.
  • Respond to queries professionally and within expected turnaround times.
  • Support user acceptance testing and project-related tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities

Corporate Actions Management:

  • Process corporate actions events, including mandatory and voluntary actions.
  • Ensure accurate posting of entitlements and timely completion of tasks.

SWIFT Messaging and Reconciliation:

  • Review and reconcile SWIFT messages and entitlements.
  • Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks.

Communication and Teamwork:

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries professionally and within expected turnaround times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support user acceptance testing and project-related tasks as required.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate actions or securities operations.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
