Hotel Concierge Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you have a knack for creating memorable moments?

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hotel Concierge to join our team. As a Hotel Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing them with a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish daily tasks and operations with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal promotions and familiarize yourself with the local community and popular events in town.
  • Make personalized recommendations to enhance guests' stays in MBS and Singapore.
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently, maximizing satisfaction and communicating with management as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest comments, requests, and complaints.
  • Take personal responsibility for resolving issues where necessary.
  • Support the Concierge and Guest Services department, including assisting at the Guest Services area during peak times.
  • Perform check-in and checkout processes using established systems and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with the local community and popular events is a plus.
