Job Title: Senior Financial Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Administrator to support our team in managing financial administrative tasks, assisting in reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders, maintaining bookkeeping records, preparing month-end journal entries, and keeping financial records organized.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting. They should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software, and possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Administrative Tasks: Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders; maintain bookkeeping records; prepare month-end journal entries;
  • Record Keeping: Keep financial records organized and ensure proper filing of documents;
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation;
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc account or admin duties assigned by the team leader;
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • 1-2 years of finance or accounting experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills;
