Salary

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to our successful candidates.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute e-commerce strategies.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat.
  • Plan, execute, and manage Google SEM and SEO campaigns, including Youtube and various digital platforms, to incorporate Paid Media and Web Analytics.
  • Leverage excellent communication skills to engage potential customers, turning inquiries into appointments or sales.
  • Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction and service.
  • Stay on the cutting edge by continuously learning and integrating new technologies, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with in-house marketing and sales team to drive sales events, in-house marketing campaigns, and customers reviews.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing online sales events.
  • Project manage in the development of new eshops.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Provide direct executive support to the CEO in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in varied tasks.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of prior B2C experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
  • General understanding of WooCommerce in terms of maintenance, launch, shop construction, and admin system.
  • Proficient in English communication and writing.
  • Able to read, write, and converse in Chinese (added advantage).
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing.
  • A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, and ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess a high sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment with ability to work under pressure.
