Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team, specializing in e-commerce, website programming, and digital marketing within the medical aesthetics sector. This pivotal role involves working closely with our CEO to drive digital initiatives and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • e-commerce Strategies: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies that maximize online sales and brand visibility.
  • Digital Ads Management: Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Plan, execute, and manage Google SEM and SEO campaigns, incorporating Paid Media and Web Analytics to enhance online visibility.
  • Customer Engagement: Utilize excellent communication skills to engage potential customers, turning inquiries into appointments or sales.
  • Omnichannel Marketing: Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer interaction and service.
  • Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, such as ChatGPT, and integrate them into our marketing strategies to remain competitive.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with in-house marketing and sales teams to drive sales events, in-house marketing campaigns, and customer reviews.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing online sales events, as well as project-managing the development of new e-shops.
  • Quality Standards: Establish standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Executive Support: Provide direct executive support to the CEO in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up on action items.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 2 years of prior B2C experience in a similar role; 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and Google Digital Ads, SEO, and SEM, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch.
  • General understanding of WooCommerce in terms of maintenance, launch, shop construction, and admin system.
  • Proficient in English communication and writing; ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing; willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and as an effective team player.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
