Corporate Loan Operations Project Manager

This is a dynamic and challenging role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead corporate loan operations projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maximum value.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee change initiatives within the operations team focusing on process improvements, system integrations, and operational enhancements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement best practices in credit and loans operations.
    • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are equipped to adapt to changes in processes and systems.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Identify and address any resistance to change fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments landscape ensuring that our operations remain compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations within the corporate loans domain.
  • Project management expertise or active participation in change management activities is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
