Job Title: Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Architectural Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution by coordinating architectural consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Schedule and coordinate architectural works in alignment with the project schedule and plan.
  • Verify and submit Method Statements/SWP/DWG/Brochure & Sample documents for approval, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Review, check, and coordinate workability, quality, and compliance of specialist/sub-contractor design/shop drawings/site works.
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of architectural works on site, adhering to approved drawings and documents.
  • Ensure project operations comply with ISO standards, safety requirements, documented procedures, client, company, building codes, and authorities' regulations.
  • Coordinate site works with C&S, M&E, and authorities, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Support QS and Site teams, focusing on site architectural works.
  • Review clashes and other information from BIM teams related to architecture, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Function as support for ICE sessions.
  • Address ad-hoc matters assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
  • A recognized degree or diploma in Architectural, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • A valid Safety Certificate, e.g., BCSS.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction Industry.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of architectural design principles, building code of practice, and construction regulations. Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and other architectural design tools is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
