The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect in Singapore who can design, develop, and implement solutions specifically integrating with the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining workflows, integrations, custom applications, and reports using best practices. Your expertise will also be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing technical support, and collaborating with other developers and stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field from a recognized university in Singapore.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Technical Developer with a focus on Aternity.
  • Experience with other IT monitoring and performance management solutions such as Nexthink is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Aternity solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Aternity platform features, functionalities, and configuration.
  • Experience in Aternity reporting and analytics using performance analytics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience in Aternity Query and Dashboard configuration.
  • Proficiency in integrating Aternity with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with Nexthink or similar IT monitoring tools, including their setup and customization.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data from Aternity and other monitoring tools.
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Aternity and integrated systems.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
