Mechanical & Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and administering contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop schematic and detailed designs for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prepare tender drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Attend project meetings, site meetings, and site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Administer contracts and manage project timelines.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and resourceful to meet project deadlines.
