
Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with numbers and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts and day-to-day operational needs for clients, primarily in the engineering sector.
- Prepare project costings, quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
- Process payments and payroll.
- Filing of GST, CPF and other statutory submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficient in accounting software, IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and systems.
- Prior experience in simple marketing or digital content management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
