Job Description
As a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural and technical aspects of various projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and contractual requirements. Your expertise in construction management, quality control, and quality assurance will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise local projects involving architectural works for Commercial projects, Hotel projects, Conservation projects as well as A&A refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, approved drawings, and method statements.
  • Inspect defects and rectification works to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor progress of architectural works on site and report problems or delays.
  • Maintain and update records of inspections and defect rectification progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
For this role, we are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
  • Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Registration with IEC/ACES as an Accredited Resident Technical Officer.
  • 5 years of experience in local projects involving supervision of architectural works.
  • Good knowledge and experience in carrying out site supervision and inspecting Architectural and Interior Design works.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
