About The Job

Drive Asset Performance and Value Creation Across Asia's Urban Landscapes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of income-generating properties, focusing on yield optimization, occupancy, and capital growth. This includes monitoring performance KPIs such as NOI, occupancy rates, and ROA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Regional Asset Strategy: Take ownership of a portfolio of income-generating properties, focusing on yield optimization, occupancy, and capital growth.
  • Monitor performance KPIs: Monitor performance KPIs such as NOI, occupancy rates, and ROA.
  • Drive Strategic Enhancements: Craft and execute asset-level strategies including leasing plans, repositioning efforts, enhancement projects, and capex initiatives.
  • Champion Leasing & Tenant Relationships: Collaborate with leasing and property teams to ensure tenant satisfaction, retention, and healthy lease renewals.
  • Own Financial Performance: Lead annual budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting for the assets under your care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management across industrial, commercial, or mixed-use properties, with a strong command of the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with solid modeling experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required (key stakeholders are from Mainland China).
