  • Oversee the efficient and effective management of our branch or outlet, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in developing strategy plans to drive business growth.
  • Support managers in completing daily tasks, including implementing new policies.
  • Understand each department's daily processes and goals, and participate in company-wide strategic planning.
  • Assist managers in evaluating performance by writing reports and analyzing data.
  • Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and administering efficient follow-up.
  • Implement and improve customer retention measures.
  • Attract customers by answering product and service questions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
">Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Oriented or passionate about serving customers.
  • Knowledge or experience in management or a relevant similar field is a plus.
