Holistic Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate staff nurse to fill this role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Client-Centric Care
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate client conditions to implement effective care plans.
- Perform clinical procedures as required, such as NGT insertion and catheterization.
- Observe and assess client health, monitor vital signs, and respond to treatment and medication reactions.
- Ensure continuity of care by following up on client plans.
- Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in nursing is required.
- Registration with the SNB is necessary.
- Previous experience in eldercare is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to other sites when required.
