Nursing Specialist Position

As a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents, providing support to senior nurses during treatment and examination of residents, maintaining accurate documentation of their condition and progress, and educating family members on health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication, dress wounds, and provide meal feeding to residents with precision and compassion.
  • Support senior nurses during treatment and examination of residents, ensuring seamless coordination and effective care delivery.
  • Maintain resident records, guaranteeing accurate documentation of their condition and progress for informed decision-making.
  • Educate family members on health conditions and provide holistic care insights to promote overall well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A NITEC Certificate in Nursing from an accredited institution as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with local languages and dialects.
  • Show good organizational ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Able to form networks and establish relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
  • Adaptable to varied shifts, ensuring round-the-clock care delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum 6-7 years of experience in public healthcare or nursing home sector.
