Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing expert advice on financial products and services.

  • Your primary objective will be to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying areas of opportunity, and making recommendations for new business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, relationship-building, and strategic planning.
  • Cross-Selling: Develop and execute plans to sell additional banking products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and enhancing client relationships.
