We are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Operations Executive to join our team at SYNTHIFY TECH PTE. LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and develop operation plans.
  • Oversee the daily operation of our virtual currency exchange, focusing on increasing transaction volume, trader numbers, and transaction fees.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team and channels to develop business plans and rules, and work with our Product R&D team to develop and launch new products.
  • Monitor daily liquidity and market trends, identifying abnormal situations and coordinating with product and technical departments to resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends, using this knowledge to improve business operation indicators through various operation strategies and methods.
  • Plan and coordinate operation activities, working with the team to achieve objectives and track results.
  • Analyze data to refine traffic, channels, and users of our operation platform, improving resource efficiency.
  • Analyze competing products and propose solutions to meet operational needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, banking, or computer science.
  • At least 2 years of operation experience, preferably in financial payment or cryptocurrency fields, with a strong operation knowledge system and practical experience.
  • Experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with a preference for those with experience in digital currency trading.
