Campus Experience Officer

This role involves enhancing student life by providing administrative support. You will manage campus activities and events to foster a vibrant community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Career Services: Provide career guidance and support to students and graduates. Coordinate internship placements and develop workshops to enhance employability. Plan industry engagement events, career fairs, and leadership programs to connect students with industry leaders.
  • Alumni Relations: Build and maintain relationships with alumni. Keep them informed about developments and participate in alumni events.
  • Student Activities: Plan, review, and execute student programs in collaboration with senior managers. Work with student committees and clubs to ensure activities are safe, professional, and cost-effective.
  • Campus Events: Manage key campus events, including student orientation, graduation ceremonies, and symposiums/seminars. Oversee logistics for new student arrival support and peer mentoring.
  • Other Responsibilities: Build relationships with industry partners. Maintain accurate databases related to student activities and events. Produce campus newsletters for staff and students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with student information systems or customer relationship management tools
  • On-the-job training provided
