Job Title: Senior Care Support Specialist Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to seniors? Do you have a warm and caring approach that puts the needs of others first? We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Day Care Assistant cum Driver to join our team at the Senior Care Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Transport clients to their designated transport vehicles, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
  • Conduct daily visual checks on clients' health, mobility, and well-being status, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
  • Lead morning orientation sessions for clients, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Facilitate prescribed physical exercises, maintaining client safety and comfort.
  • Plan and conduct diversional activities, encouraging client participation and enjoyment.
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as needed, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Provide custodial care, including haircuts, nail care, skin care, diaper changing, and showering, as required.
  • Support seniors with basic activities of daily living (BADLs), such as personal hygiene, custodial care, and transferring.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to centre standards.
  • Accompany clients on outings, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
 Requirements: 
  • Primary education with basic English proficiency.
  • Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Previous experience working in social service or rehabilitation centres is an advantage.
  • Ability to converse in local dialects is beneficial.
