As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.
- Additionally, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns to meet those needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications;
- IHRP professional certification;
- 5 years of experience within a managerial level;
- Strong organisational and project management skills;
- Proactive, analytical, meticulous, and highly organised.

Requirements:
- Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications;
- Hold an IHRP professional certification;
- Have 5 years of experience within a managerial level;
- Meet the other requirements listed above.
