Talent Acquisition Leader Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns to meet those needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications;
  • IHRP professional certification;
  • 5 years of experience within a managerial level;
  • Strong organisational and project management skills;
  • Proactive, analytical, meticulous, and highly organised.

Talent Acquisition Leader Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent;
  • Manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including KPI development and process optimisation;
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with market standards;
  • Foster positive workplace dynamics and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity;
  • Oversee and manage training needs analysis and effective training delivery for internal and external training.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Hold an IHRP professional certification;
  • Have 5 years of experience within a managerial level;
  • Meet the other requirements listed above.
