Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources they need to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 support for hardware and software issues related to end-user desktops/laptops, servers, printers, and other network devices.
  • Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Analyze and evaluate system and user requirements, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • Good understanding of Google Workspace ecosystem and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with various products, including Chromebooks, MacBooks, iMacs, and Apple TV, Chromecast, etc.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and users at all levels.
