Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

The role of the Account Support Specialist is to provide exceptional support to clients by maintaining and nurturing relationships, ensuring satisfaction with pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Support: Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely service execution, address client inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage schedules, appointments, and documentation for client accounts.
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing concerns about services and pricing.
  • Order Processing: Handle service renewals, upsells, and new orders, ensuring accuracy in billing and alignment with client agreements.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate between clients, technicians, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service execution.
  • Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for account managers to aid in client retention and acquisition.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1+ years in account coordination, customer service, or administrative roles; experience in pest control, hospitality, or facilities management is beneficial.
  3. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage client accounts efficiently.
  4. Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal/written communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
