As Development Scientist at Lucence, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing clinical assays to advance cancer care.
(Key Responsibilities)
1. Design and conduct laboratory experiments to develop new clinical assays.
2. Plan and lead assay validation studies.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during assay development.
4. Drive the automation of novel assays.
5. Maintain accurate and organized experimental records.
6. Prepare detailed protocols and validation reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Train staff and facilitate assay implementation.
Candidates must have experience in developing and implementing clinical assays. A strong background in molecular biology and proficiency in assay design software are essential for success in this role. In addition, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary.
