Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience.
  • Content Development: Create and manage high-quality marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, website copy, and campaign assets that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Brand Building: Foster a strong brand identity by ensuring all marketing materials are cohesive and aligned with our brand values.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough competitor, market, and customer research to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to support business objectives and drive results.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms, or similar.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics.

Use data-driven decision making to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
