**Job Description**:
**Job Scope**
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Copywriting and proofreading all creative distributions (eDMs, proposals, website material, and catalogues).
- Manage social media pages and monitor performance.
- Update and clean mailer database fortnightly.
- Conduct research and analyse data to define target industries and clients.
- Use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to engage specific clients with marketing messages.
- Collaborate with sales account managers in preparing proposals and marketing material for their respective key accounts.
- Devising and presenting ideas and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**
- At least a Diploma holder with one year’s prior operational marketing experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be creative and resourceful.
- Good understanding of market research techniques.

**Other Information**:

- 5-day work week from Monday to Thursday: 8.45 am to 6.15 pm and Friday 9am to 6pm.
