Job Overview

This role supports the external design team management and review work for existing and future projects in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in data centre design and construction phases to ensure site management and quality control.
  • Monitor construction activities on a regular basis to guarantee the data centre facility meets industry standards.
  • Review and approve design consultant's work to ensure sufficient development with necessary engineering calculations.
  • Communicate with design consultants to achieve required deliverables.
  • Maintain internal engineering standard, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Support project commissioning and final handover activities.
  • Contribute to internal engineering design and development activities.
Working Environment:
  • Walking job sites with uneven terrain.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience in building services design and construction project delivery (data centre projects preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer preferred.
  • Relevant Uptime/TIA certificates preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Electrical HV/LV distribution Engineering, data centre projects, and protection studies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Mechanical HVAC software.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; additional language skills like Chinese and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia preferred.
  • Active, initiative-taking, conscientious, sociable, flexible, and optimistic candidates.
