Department Overview
The Credit and Risk Management division encompasses three key teams: Risk Management, Credit, and Special Asset Management. Our mission is to effectively manage the risks associated with the Group's operational activities while adhering to the established risk appetite. This includes the identification and assessment of risks, the formulation of robust risk governance strategies, and the provision of independent evaluations of the overall risk landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate informed business decisions through comprehensive customer segmentation, targeted acquisition strategies, and profitability assessments.
- Champion the application of analytical models in customer acquisition, portfolio oversight, and collections processes.
- Enhance underwriting and risk policies utilizing advanced analytics.
- Produce, automate, and oversee risk reporting for in-depth portfolio analysis.
- Assist in the development of retail products and credit initiatives.
Qualifications
- A degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Financial Engineering.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in credit risk, credit modeling, or data analytics.
- In-depth understanding of retail banking, particularly in the realm of secured lending.
- Proficient IT skills, including expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, SAS, Python, and SQL.
