Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by providing expert cost estimation and planning services.

About the Role:
  • Possess extensive experience in preparing and reviewing tender documents, including BoQs, SOWs, subcontract drafts, and cost comparisons.
  • Have a proven track record of performing accurate cost estimations, planning, and quantity measurements.
  • Be responsible for handling monthly progress claims, payment responses, and subcontractor payments.
  • Source quotations for materials and services; prepare RFQs and conduct price analysis.
  • Oversee budget tracking, variation orders, final accounts, and cost control.
  • Manage contract documentation and internal workflows (e.g., ERP, approvals).
  • Address contract issues including extensions of time, loss and expense claims.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant contracts and laws.
  • Closely collaborate with the Contract Manager and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil infrastructure or marine/land reclamation projects.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Show strong knowledge of QS and contract administration processes.
  • Demonstrate high organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills.
