This role is with Kuok Group, a prominent player in the serviced apartment sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and applications that support the continuous operations of the serviced apartments.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT-related issues reported by residents, ensuring swift resolution of network and system challenges.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and application support to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement, evaluation, and maintenance of IT assets within the property.
- Coordinate with vendors on IT-related matters, including issue escalation, contract management, and project execution.
- Possess a solid understanding of ITIL processes to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure all IT operational activities are documented and tracked within the IT Service Management platform.
- Engage in projects and tasks as assigned by the functional manager at the group level.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by direct and functional management to support facility management and guest services.
- Minimum qualifications include a Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Demonstrated organizational and collaborative skills are required.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is preferred.
- Prior experience in onsite End User Computing IT support is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently is necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
