CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS LEAD
Description:This position is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to enhance information flow, engagement, and the organization's reputation.
- Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the organization.
- Develop and manage the organization's external communication strategy, including media relations and digital communication.
- Provide strategic advice on issues management and assess the impacts of retail industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to manage the organization's social media presence.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with top-tier media to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
- Oversee daily office operations, including management of office supplies and postal duties.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing travel arrangements.
We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a flair for writing in English, and at least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate leadership through independent, proactive, and resourceful strategic thinking and planning.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and think 'out of the box,' with an understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- An effective and dynamic team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task, possess a keen eye for detail, and excel within tight deadlines and fast-paced working environment.
