**Job Title:** Senior Java Developer
As a senior java developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct tasks related to applications development, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Monitor and control all phases of the development process and provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
- Analyze complex problems/issues and provide evaluative judgments using in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development.
- Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install customer exposure systems.
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated excellent software development acumen, including experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Strong experiences in implementation of technologies such as Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, App Server, JMS / MQ / Kafka applications.
- Experience in building multithreaded applications and troubleshooting complex issues related to it.
- Experience in working multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Win).
