Electrical Maintenance Specialist

A key member of our Electrical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance works in accordance with our comprehensive maintenance plan. This includes undertaking projects as required and contributing to the improvement of our plant's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve plant faults and ensure optimal performance.
- Execute approved plant improvement works, prepare technical specifications for equipment parts, and raise requisition papers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform scheduled plant inspections according to our maintenance regime and execute plant maintenance activities to maintain peak performance.
- Supervise maintenance contract works, prepare work procedures for all maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports, overhaul, technical, and trip reports to inform management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong interest in building a career in the Power industry.
- Be a self-motivated team player with an analytical mind, strong planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Display a safety-first mindset and demonstrate good workplace safety behavior.
- Be part of our CERT team and actively participate in emergency responses whenever called upon.
