Industrial Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our aircon duct work activities. This role involves performing maintenance tasks on tools, equipment, machines, and facilities, as well as form factor conversion of machines and routine preventive maintenance.

Maintaining a healthy spare parts inventory and minimizing production material wastage are crucial aspects of this job.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of aircon duct work activities.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all tools, equipment, machines, and facilities.
  • Conduct form factor conversions of machines and perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Manage spare parts inventory levels.
  • Implement initiatives to minimize production material wastage.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in factory production management.
  • Able to communicate effectively with English and Mandarin speaking colleagues.
  • Independent, matured, good communicator, hardworking, and disciplined.
