Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Set realistic treatment goals and objectives for clients.
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, including individualized treatment sessions.
  • Conduct caregiver training and education programs.
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care services.

Clinical Administration Responsibilities:

  • Manage risk and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Review and update clinical guidelines to reflect best practices.

Training and Research Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for department colleagues on occupational therapy topics.
  • Create and maintain individual staff training plans.
  • Collaborate with quality improvement teams to implement new projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (recognized by Allied Health Professions Council).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
