Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and maintenance of the AI cloud computing platform and infrastructure to ensure system stability and efficiency.

You will be building, maintaining, and optimizing automated operation and maintenance systems, configuring, deploying, and managing servers, storage, network, and security devices, troubleshooting faults, participating in the launch, debugging, and optimization of new products and features for seamless integration.

You will also establish monitoring, alerting, and log management systems for real-time system health tracking, maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and provide technical support and training.

Additionally, you will assist in security audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning to ensure platform security.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in enterprise system operations, cloud management, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix, with knowledge of network, storage, security management.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with VM virtualization platforms, including planning, installation, optimization, troubleshooting.
  • Experience with GPU servers, hardware drivers, firmware upgrades, performance tuning, AI platform integration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies efficiently.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn and innovate under pressure.
