Manufacturing Engineer Position

The semiconductor industry is rapidly advancing, enabling groundbreaking technologies like autonomous driving and the Internet of Things. To be at the forefront of this revolution, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage complex production processes and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize production metrics for fully automated lines
  • Predict and address potential bottlenecks in a timely manner
  • Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong project management skills and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members
  • Able to commit shift work, including weekends and holidays, and stand by 24/7 for Fab Operation

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel (VBA)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing principles, including FMEA and Assembly
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on industrial engineering and materials science
