Job Title: Airport Support Associate

The primary role of an Airport Support Associate is to provide exceptional service to airport passengers by handling inquiries, booking taxis, and managing queues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers with taxi bookings, ensuring they have accurate information on rates, vehicle types, and payment options.
  • Effectively manage queues and guarantee smooth boarding at pick-up points.
  • Provide each passenger and driver with a detailed service form containing essential details, charges, and contact information.
  • Collect payments from taxi drivers following booking confirmation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in roles such as Concierge, Receptionist, or Admin Assistant is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required, preferably with proficiency in multiple languages.
  • The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, able to serve passengers professionally, and answer enquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in operating relevant systems, including booking applications, is necessary.
  • Accurate handling of monetary transactions is crucial.
