Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids for piling and foundation works across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foundation and geotechnical projects, with expertise in coordinating and managing tenders. This role involves leading project teams and collaborating with senior leadership roles such as Department Heads or General Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end tender process for piling and ground engineering projects — from tender invitation to submission
  • Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, geotechnical reports, and BOQs
  • Collaborate with estimators, quantity surveyors, design engineers, and project teams to develop complete and compliant tender packages
  • Liaise with clients for pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications, and site visits
  • Ensure all technical and commercial components of each bid are prepared and submitted accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update a library of project references, method statements, HSE documents, and submission templates
  • Track ongoing tenders and maintain bid status reports for management

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering for piling/foundation works
  • Familiarity with bored piling, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and other geotechnical systems
  • Proficiency in tender software, and technical document preparation
