Job Opportunity: Facilities Development Professional

You will support the design, coordination, implementation, and management of facilities planning and development projects in various settings.

The job role includes addressing space improvement and renovation needs by way of data collection, conceptual design, project budgeting, project scheduling, project proposal preparation, project planning, design development, procurement, site implementation, and management of construction contracts.

Assist in collaboration and compilation of design standards, research, and creation of reference guides/libraries as references for future infrastructure development, renovation, and improvements including pandemic readiness, age friendliness, etc.

Ensure proper governance on regulatory requirements, including tracking of budgets, coordination with stakeholders on facilities planning and project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Interior Design
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project planning/management in building infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting, Power Point Presentation, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of 3D or Sketch-up and Microsoft Project software is an advantage
  • Well-adept in project management process and documentation
  • Good communication, interpersonal, planning, and organization skills with strong command in spoken and written English
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
