About the Role
As a Junior Infrastructure Engineer at Stellar Trading Systems PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for providing high-level technical and troubleshooting support for our hosted platform to our ASP customer base. This includes supporting multi-location infrastructure spread across continents consisting of routers, switches, and Linux-based servers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in supporting distributed server infrastructure. As a member of our global infrastructure team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues in offices around the world to resolve complex technical issues and develop process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our hosted platform to our ASP customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of distributed server infrastructure.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Or equivalent experience in the field of distributed server infrastructure.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Linux-based servers and command line tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Git.
