Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive QA automation strategies, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices. Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to achieve excellence in testing and automation.
  • Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and optimize automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Oversee the integration of these frameworks into existing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline QA operations, reduce time-to-market, and improve product quality. Establish and enforce QA best practices and standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure comprehensive test coverage and address any quality issues proactively.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on test results, automation progress, and quality metrics to senior management. Utilize data-driven approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior QA leadership role, with a strong track record in automating QA processes and setting up best practices.
  • Deep expertise in various QA automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of QA professionals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
