Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Aftersales Returns & Refunds Program Analyst. This role is focused on enhancing the customer aftersales experience through strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop strategies to improve the customer aftersales experience by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to identify key challenges in the aftersales experience.
  • Construct a monitoring dashboard to provide internal stakeholders with visibility into post-sales operations.
  • Proactively engage with internal functions to drive improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Business experience in the service and experience field.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing experience KPIs and other evaluative measures.
  • Ability to advocate and influence without direct ownership.
  • Experience in managing data analytics and related business metrics.
