Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Clinical Expertise
    • Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
    • Provide clinical consultation and education to senior and principal-level therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Service Delivery
    • Deliver holistic rehabilitative services to patients with complex needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
    • Conduct clinical assessments and determine interventions for specialized cases.
  • Team Management
    • Oversee the clinical standards and competency management of Occupational Therapists.
    • Manage the performance and development of therapists, including providing feedback and coaching.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Lead collaborative practice initiatives to continuously improve holistic clinical practice.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Recognized Degree/Master in Occupational Therapy (listed in the relevant professional register).
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a full registrant.
  • Extensive experience in Occupational Therapy with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Proven ability to lead and develop clinical programs and initiatives.
  • Strong capability in providing clinical education and consultancy.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
