High Priority Escalations Specialist

The role involves strategically investigating, enforcing, and coordinating responses for critical issues on Meta's family of apps. You will design and implement immediate and mid-term mitigation plans to effectively respond to risk across platforms, domains, policy, and regions.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact and strengthen user trust on Meta's family of apps. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and investigating high-priority escalations across Meta's family of apps
- Addressing sensitive content and ads issues
- Interpreting and enforcing Meta's terms of service
- Using internal tools for escalations management
- Adapting to changing requirements and prioritizing requests effectively
- Solving problems and proposing creative solutions in high-pressure scenarios
- Communicating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in escalations management, risk management, or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience working conceptually and strategically
- Experience building relationships and influencing across global cross-functional teams
- Proven experience making sound judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities
