Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Consumer Banking Secured Loans domain, with a deep understanding of the business and technical aspects of the domain.
  • Work closely with business users and project team members to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Lead solutioning efforts and help develop compelling and innovative solutions that meet business needs and comply with existing standards, guidelines, and processes.
  • Perform business analysis and lead requirements gathering with business users, and propose alternate solutions to meet or improve desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions.
  • Verify that user requirements are achievable and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and work with Solution Architects, Systems Analysts, and Developers to produce high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • Technical experience in delivering loan origination systems and integration with host and credit systems.
  • Relevant business analysis expertise in Secured Loans, with in-depth knowledge and experience in secured loans and digital channels.
  • Experience in defining business analysis and solution standards and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in industry developments and trends in the Secured Loans domain, with a curiosity in emerging technologies.
  • Ability to break down and convey complex information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with local and regional Secured Loans regulations.
  • Experience in driving digital initiatives with business and Operations will be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to different software development methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Passion to drive solutions and deliver projects.
