Job Title: Senior Associate

Corporate Real Estate Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Real Estate Practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling transactions involving the sale and purchase of both residential and non-residential land, as well as experience with JTC, URA, and other government land transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling complex transactions involving the sale and purchase of property assets;
  • Coordinating with developers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions;
  • Providing expert advice on relevant legislation and rules regarding property law, stamp and conveyance duties, and code of conduct in retail leasing;
  • Working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results;
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling transactions involving the sale and purchase of property assets;
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and rules regarding property law, stamp and conveyance duties, and code of conduct in retail leasing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
