Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Lead

Are you a visionary leader with expertise in cybersecurity awareness and training? Do you have a passion for inspiring teams to achieve excellence? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global cybersecurity awareness and training program.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's cybersecurity posture. As the Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global cybersecurity awareness and training program that aligns with our organizational goals and complies with international cybersecurity standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs that enhance cybersecurity knowledge across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Develop hands-on training modules and simulations to provide practical cybersecurity experience.
- Create and execute strategies to promote cybersecurity awareness initiatives within multiple regions and countries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber Security Awareness and Training Programs with leadership experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity standards (ISO27001, NIST Cyber Framework, CRI).
- Experience in educational pedagogy, with a focus on experiential learning and a deep understanding of human learning processes.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
